What will happen during an EFT session?

​

During our first session we will go through a consultation form, to get to know more about you, what issues you are facing and what you would like to change.

Throughout the sessions, I will lead you through a tapping sequence, I will guide you through the tapping points and phrases related to your issue.

We will measure the effectiveness using a S.U.D.S (Subjective Units of Distress Scale) which we use to measure how you feel before and after each sequence.

 

How do I know EFT is working for me?

 

During a Session:

There are many physical signs that indicate that EFT is working for you during and after a sequence of tapping. Not all the signs will show up in every session but some clear signs that EFT is repairing disruptions in your body are as follows:

• Knot in chest clearing

• Sighing

• Coughing

• Shoulders dropping

• Yawning

• Emotional release, and even outbursts of laughter (Abreaction)

An Abreaction is a natural way that the mind sometimes uses in order to release emotional pain.

 

After a Session:

You can notice subtle or big changes in the world around you. People may notice a difference in you, you may notice a difference in the world around you or the issue that we are focusing on no longer creates an emotional charge or they’re not coming up as often.

How many sessions will it take?

The number of EFT sessions needed can vary. That being said EFT works very quickly and the results are permanent. Success will vary with different individuals as we experience the world in our own unique way.
