What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as “tapping”), this ultra-modern complementary therapy utilises the same pathways/channels found in Chinese energy medicine. EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture, where instead of using needles on certain parts of the body, we gently tap on these points using our fingertips while focusing on a problem i.e. physical, mental, or emotional issues.

EFT is a scientifically proven technique (and also clinically proven in the uk) which sends calming signals along the meridian points of the body (subtle energy points) directly to the amygdala part of your brain. This is where your flight, fight, freeze responses are held which triggers cortisol (the stress hormone) into the body. It is also the backdoor which allows the mind and body to release any limitations that may be holding us back from creating the life that we want.
